Still Have Faith

As we continue in the holiday season and start a new year we also need to still have faith in God concerning the things we are believing for. We may have old prayers that we have forgotten. We may have new prayers that are urgent to us. And we may have daily prayers that we confess and believe for. We should hold fast to our profession/confessions and prayers to God, seeing that He is faithful and true!

As Hebrew 11:1 says in the KJV, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

We may not see our prayers answered immediately, but God always steps in on time.

Then in Hebrew 11:6 it says, But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

We have to have faith to please God. We are given a measure of faith, and we are to build on this faith by reading the word of God. We have to have faith even to believe that God is who He is and that Jesus is His son.

Also in Hebrew 11:11 it says, Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.

Even though Sara laughed at the angel that told her she would birth a child, she was still seen as faithful. We may get weary, but in due time God will be judged faithful by us!

In Matthew 17:20 it says, ...if ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Faith is just that, complete trust or confidence in someone or something! We don't doubt that our chair will hold us when we sit to eat dinner, so why doubt a living God!

In Matthew 9:29 it says, Then he touched He their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

Our faith can heal, supply, and open doors if we just believe. We have to trust that God is able and have confidence in Him to manifest!

For Luke 1:37 says, For with God nothing shall be impossible! Then verse 45 says, Blessed is she that believed.

We will be blessed if we believe in the King of Kings to manifest what He has promised us in His word.

For in Matthew 19:26 Jesus says, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

You may feel doubtful, but wait the more, for Lamentations 3:24 says "Therefore I have hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him."

We are to wait in expectancy for the Father to show Himself strong in our lives!

Then lastly I remind you of what Joel 2:25 says, And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

God will bless us with full restoration just have faith in the faithful one!
