Being Mindful of Whom We Entertain!
As the Holiday Season is coming up many people are getting invites to family and friends homes. Fellowship with other believers is always good and pleasant, but are we just entertaining with the righteous? Are we entertaining those that have bad influence on us? Here are a few scriptures to guide your fellowships going forward! The word says in Luke 6:28 to bless and show kindness to those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. But that does not mean we have to entertain and fellowship with them! God is love and we are to walk in love with all, but letting people into our homes and place of peace is different! Matthew 7:6 says, Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. We as believers have to be mindful what we give unto others, especially when it is giving of ourselves!
